At Gingerspice, wedding cakes are created to suit your vision, tastes, and desires. Nicole will work with you every step of the way to make sure you have the perfect cake for your special day. From exciting flavors to unique decorations, Gingerspice cakes truly complete your party.

Pricing is extremely dependent on design as each Gingerspice cake is unique to your vision. Nicole will provide you with a custom proposal once we’ve discussed
your design together.
Buttercream wedding cakes start at $600
Fondant wedding cakes start at $900
Your total investment will include a non-refundable deposit, cake price, design fee, delivery, and setup.

The Process
After filling out the inquiry form and confirming availability for your event, please share your design inspiration and/or your or Pinterest mood board. This information is our jumping-off point from which Nicole will be able to design a preliminary proposal with an estimate quote for your wedding cake, delivery, and set up.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to hold a date. Once a deposit is paid you may schedule a date for your cake sampler pick up.
Boxes cost $80, must be paid for in advance, and include your choice of 4 cake combinations.

Alternately, if you prefer to try cake before committing and paying a deposit, you may buy the cake sampler box separately. Dates will not be held until the deposit is paid.
Based on your inspiration Nicole will design a bespoke cake sure to wow. 4 weeks ahead of your wedding the final balance is due. Any changes or updates to the cake size and/or design may be made at this point.
Nicole will deliver and set up your wedding cake based on coordinating with your wedding planner to make sure that the cake is displayed at it's very best. Cheers!
